
Three days of truly glorious weather were the ideal setting for the launch of GemaPark to the camping and caravanning industry at the Caravan Extravaganza in Hull. This event is the largest camping and caravanning event in Europe, which is why it was chosen to unveil GemaPark, our next-generation park management system.
Netguides had a well-manned stand throughout the event, with many demonstrations of the new system to camping and caravan site owners. Our subscribers can access their park management system from anywhere in the world with an internet connection, giving them ultimate flexibility and management control’.
Once parks have subscribed they set up and configure the units in their park, through the intuitive management interface. This interface controls all aspects of booking and unit management, as well as providing access to payment providers and accounting system exports. The public face of GemaPark is easy to install on the park’s website. Netguides provide a widget that plugs into existing park websites. Once the GemaPark widget is installed customers can complete bookings or enquiries online with live availability, ensuring minimum barriers to sale, improved occupancy and a potentially extended season.
